This is a unique hotel that we were pleasantly impressed by. Check in was easy. Receptionist was kind. The hotel looks a little dated from the exterior and in the common areas but the rooms are nice and the breakfast area was very fresh. The pool was the coolest for our family. Four separate pools with fun activities including the perfect sized waterslide for our young kids. Nice amenities and a great value. Overall a great pick for us.

This hotel was a great choice for my trip. You can clearly see the renovation made a big difference because everything looks new and well maintained. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom looked updated too. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really awesome manager! We checked in and the toilet was dirty, it was night time so no house keepers were in, so she switched us into a different room, and even let us swim a little late as well. Bathroom is pretty small, but if you have small kids/kids it's a good place to go if you don't wanna spend a ton going to chaos or the dells! Second room we checked into was super clean!

This place was amazing! Seriously they have out done themselves with this Hotel, the rooms are a great price, there are 2 pools plus a 2 and under pool by itself, a large hot tub and a water slide,,,,, breakfast was an amazing surprise, they had multiple juices, fruit, pancakes, eggs sausage, biscuits and gravy, different cereal, yogurt and the staff is amazing! Me and my husband just came for a get away but if you have kids I highly recommend coming here for the pools, and if you have picky eaters there’s so many choices at breakfast it’s shocking!! Also the breakfast is included in the price and I think it’s open for about 4-5 hours which is amazing! I highly recommend this hotel if you have been used to not so good hotels, this place is a game changer!!! Keep it up to the amazing staff and owner, we will be coming here again :)

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The renovation is done very nicely and the whole place looks fresh, clean, and modern. My room was comfortable and everything felt updated. The staff was friendly and helpful anytime I needed something. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen area could have been a little cleaner at 630 am and gum on the floor in room. Room had a funny smell but was alright. Staff was exceptional! Very good price for a water park setting. My family had a great time!! I will definitely stay again!

Naomi on 2nd shift front desk was beyond phenomenal. I called her from the parking lot, explaining that I was traveling alone with two small kids, one of whom is disabled, and I was nervous for check in. She was fantastic. She checked i was on a first floor room (they do not have an elevator) to ensure we would have a smooth transition, brought a cart out for me to load, and then l was able to park and bring in my kids and cart. She assisted at check in as my hands were full and even helped me get the cart down the hall as I was corraling my kids. She was lovely and as the only one I saw at the front desk, Im sure she was busy or had better things to do. She really helped out this nervous Mom. And in the morning, Gary from the front brought a cart to my door for the same transaction. They were so very helpful. The room was decent, the beds were OK, but the service ensures I will be back.

Very nice hotel - the pool was clean, family friendly, fresh towels came out regularly. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast. Room was mostly very clean - but there was a dirty wash cloth behind the bathroom door that was kinda gross but beyond that everything was really nice. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
